OneByte’s Boot Camp program enabled me to do this transition. We start the process when students are typically gearing up to submit their FYPs and beginning to prep for their final exams. To show your interest, all you need to do is fill out a simple form to express your interest in participating in our Boot Camp program.
Our testing partner, Benchmark Games, will reach out to you to complete our online test split in two parts
Shortlisted applicants are then invited to a speed HR interview round. This initial interview will focus on your communications skills and cultural fit for the OneByte team. You will have 15 minutes on the clock to tell us why you are the best person for our Boot Camp. Get set, ready, go!
Candidates who pass the HR interview will move onto the technical interview round. Based on your preferences, we will schedule your technical interviews with senior engineers at OneByte for the specific role/technology area you are interested in. This will be a detailed technical assessment where we will evaluate your programming fundamentals, coding skills, and knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Once you have passed all obstacles and come out a winner, we will extend you an offer. This will consist of a complete package listing your salary, other benefits, and more. We encourage you to go through it carefully and ask any questions you may have. Once you've accepted the offer, you will be given a start date. We will see you then!
